S&P- Stretch and Psyche. Combo of yoga, meditation, sports psychology and movement
Teams- develop TEAM chemistry, speed, strength and conditioning

No Morning Classes-Tue 8/22, Fri 8/25

Labor Day weekend- No Fri evening class 9/1

No Monday Classes 9/5
